45.FEED THE BRAIN, BUT LESS SUGAR
While no single factor has been identified as the cause of Alzheimer’s, it is thought that lifestyle choices, such as diet, exercise and sleep habits can all have a significant impact on the risk. In fact, research by the Albert Einstein College of Medicine has, so far, suggested that lifestyle changes related to healthy ageing look more promising than drug studies.
For the last decade or so, researchers have been exploring the link between our modern diets and the increasing prevalence of Alzheimer’s, specifically the connection between sugar and the disease. A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine demonstrated that even a mild elevation of blood sugar is associated with an elevated risk of dementia.
Previous research had shown a higher risk for diabetics in developing Alzheimer’s. More recent research has shed further light on this, finding an intricate link between insulin resistance and the brain. Our bodies produce insulin that is necessary for the survival of brain cells, but this process goes away when a toxic protein, called ADDL, removes receptors from these cells and renders them insulin resistant. As the ADDLs accumulate, our memory can begin to deteriorate.
So, what should we be feeding our bodies to give our brain the best chance? A diet low in sugar and carbohydrates and high in healthy fats is essential. Opt for real food above processed options and try to keep added sugar levels to a minimum (ideally between 15 and 25 grams a day). Add plenty of good fats like avocados, raw nuts and coconut and other nut oils to the diet and try a highquality probiotic to optimise the flora in the gut

46.What kind of personality do they have if they sleep on their stomach() A.They are open with others

47.Everyone loves to eat! People in every country enjoy this activity. There are so many different kinds of food in the world—Chinese food, Italian food, South American food, Indian food, and many others. It’s fun to eat and compare different types of cuisine. Italian food is sometimes very spicy, but South American food is usually much spicier. Indian food can be the spiciest of all—sometimes it’s so hot that it can make your mouth burn! But that’s okay because then you can drink some good Italian or French wine to reduce the burning.
Some wonderful food comes from the Eastern countries. Chinese food is popular in many parts of the world. Lots of people love Chinesestyle vegetables because they are so crispy. Because Chinesestyle vegetables are usually cooked for a much shorter time, they are crispier than Americanstyle vegetables. In fact, they are probably the crispiest cooked vegetables you can find.
Some people don’t like American-style food. They think it is often less tasty and sometimes less nutritious than food in other countries. Americans spend nearly half their food dollars on meals away from home. They eat more fast food, such as hamburgers, hot dogs, pizzas, canned and frozen food, for fast food takes a short time to prepare. Often, Americans feel they are too busy to spend a lot of time cooking. It’s easier to pick up a pack of fried chicken on the way home from work or take the family out for pizzas or burgers than to start opening cans or heating up frozen dinners after a long, hard day.
Of course, in some other countries, like France, cooking is still an art form; people believe that French cuisine is the best in the world. Certainly, each person has a different opinion about which country has the tastiest food. But people in many places agree that French food is the most delicious and the best prepared

51.Passage 2
If we take a close look at successful language learners, we may discover a few techniques that make language learning easier for them.
First of all, successful language learners are independent learners. They do not rely on books or teachers; they discover their own way to learn the language. Instead of waiting for the teacher to explain everything, they try to find the patterns and the rules for themselves. They are good guessers who look for clues and form their own conclusions.
Successful language learning is active learning. Therefore, successful learners do not wait for a chance to use the language; they look for such a chance. They find people who speak the language and ask these people to correct them when they make a mistake. They will try anything to communicate. When communication is difficult, they can accept information that is inexact or incomplete. It is more important for them to learn to think in the language than to know the meaning of every word.
Finally, successful language learners are learners with a purpose. They want to learn the language because they are interested in the language and the people who speak it. It is necessary for them to learn the language in order to communicate with these people and to learn from them

54.On College Students'Establishing Their Own BusinessRecently the government has issued some preferential policies to encourage college students to establish their own business. One main part of the reason is that current economic crisis influences the normal economic activities. Another main reason is that the job supply can not meet the need of more and more students.Due to these reasons, the government encourages students to establish their own business. On the one hand, it can relieve the employment pressure. On the other hand, it can improve students'capability of independence and creativity. However, it also brings about problems. For one thing, most students lack life experience, not to mention the working experience. Thus, the success rate is very low. For another, few of the students can establish their own business because of lack of money and other
support. As far as I am concerned, the intention of the government is good, but the realistic conditions should also be taken into consideration. Apart from the preferential policies, the government should take action to help the students establish their own business
