摘要：Novel compounds of the formula and their acid addition salts, wherein Arepresents a C2- 5 alkylene radical such that at least two carbon atoms separate Z fromthe dibenzo-cycloheptane ring and Z represents a mono- or di-(C1- 5 alkyl)amino radical,are prepared by reducing the corresponding D 10(11) compounds, and, if desired,converting a resultant free base into an acid addition salt thereof. Therapeuticcompositions, with anti-depressant, neuroleptic, tranquilizing, anti-serotonin andspasmolytic properties, in forms suitable for oral, parenteral or rectal application,comprise compounds of the above general formula or their acid addition salts togetherwith a suitable carrier.
