) 需要给用户一份Apache Licence规范。
2) 如果用户对代码进行修改，需要在被修改的文件中进行说明。
3) 在延伸的代码中（修改和有源代码衍生的代码中）需要附有原始代码的协议、商标、专利声明，以及其他原始作者规定的必须包含的说明。
4) 如果再发布的产品中包含Notice文件，则Notice文件须包含Apache Licence。Notice文件也可以添加别的许可，但不能更改Apache Licence。
