little bit 只能修饰形容词，后一般接不可数名词单数
a little bit和a bit修饰形容词原级或比较级，译为“有点”
a bit；To a small degree; somewhat: 稍微
另外，1）a bit在肯定句中修饰动词、形容词、副词和比较级,表示"一点儿"的意思。例如:
2)a bit的否定句即not a bit相当于"not at all"She is not a bit tired.(=She is not tired at all.)她一点都不累。
“kind of”可以看作一个普通的副词， 意思是：to some (great or small) extent 有点儿， 有一些。
同义词为：rather, kinda, sort of。
它后面可以接动词，形容词。其用法与一般的副词没什么不同。
kind of后接单数和复数名词都对。
如：This kind of book=this kind of books
其后的谓语动词的单复数要根据kind of，如果Kind不加s，其谓语动词就用第三人称单数。
All kinds of后接名词复数，其后谓语动词接复数。

a little / a bit / a little bit 在语法和使用上可以说是完全没差别的，看个人习惯怎么用罢了。
I am a little tired.
I am a bit hungry.
The price is a little bit high.
She is a bit shy.
Give him just a little bit.
这些句子中都表达了 “有一点儿”，也可以完全互换使用。
另外 kind of 在某些句型也被解释为“有一点儿”，和它近似的还有 sort of 也一样。
例如：I'm kind of busy. 明明就在忙，不好意思说得太僵硬，就添上了"kind of" （或sort of）以缓冲下语气。和近年流行语中的 " 貌似" 有点像。
和 上面那组 a little bit 相比，很明显地 kind of / sort of 后面一定必须跟着形容词，无法置于句尾。
